VIrtual Design
Receive all the benefits of working with an Interior Designer from the comfort of your own home.  

Perfect for those who would like our design expertise and feel confident to implement our Design on their own. Includes complete Step-by-Step Design Plan for you to build off of. 

 

This service is performed 100% remotely. Suitable for clients from all over North America. Doesn’t include in-person site visits or consultations.

 

3 major differences between Virtual Design and Full-Service Design:

  • the shorter lead time for a project
  • the lower cost
  • the fact that installation is done by the client, not the designer

You will receive:

  • Detailed Floor plans and 3D walk-through
  • Design Direction & Inspiration Board
  • Complete selections of colours, materials and furnishings
  • Refined Investment and Specification Sheet

Design Fee:

up to 450 sqft – $4500
above 450 sqft – $10 / sqft

Design Fee:

up to 180 sqft – $1800
above 180 sqft – $10 / sqft

Design Fee:
up to 250 sqft – $450 per room
above 250 sqft – $1.8 / sqft

Thinking about refreshing the exterior of your house but don’t even know where to begin?
We will guide you through this process and come up with a comprehensive Exterior Design action plan that will be easy to implement.

If you need more help after the initial consultation, you can purchase 5- or 10-hour Blocks of Design Time.

This service can cover site visits, furniture and decor ordering, millwork / specialized drawings for custom pieces,  re-selection of materials etc.

 

  • need more than just an initial consultation, but don’t need us for a full service design project
  • would like some advice on the best materials to use, or if what you chose will even work together in the space
  • are doing a redecorating project and need us to take a look at the plans to make sure the space is being used well
  • enjoy the process of sourcing and purchasing your own furnishings, but need a designer eye to make sure they all work well together
  • are too busy to make purchases, arrange for delivery, do the assembly yourself and need someone to project manage all these details for you
  • need ongoing design advice on an as needed basis, and not all at once.
